WHY TRAIN WITH DR. J USING THE TRAINING FAD APPROACH VS.
THE OTHER BOOT CAMPS?
As a chiropractor, Dr. J is able to apply his knowledge of back health care and stability to each exercise.
During each session, emphasis is put on training ‘the core’ which is comprised of:
- Strengthening the abdominals
- Strengthening the back muscles
- Increasing the flexibility of the hamstring group
You will also be entitled to two nutritional consultations where Dr. J will review your eating habits and make appreciate recommendations to help you achieve your fitness goals.
The Training FAD approach to exercise will re-train and stabilize these structures and thus reduce the symptoms of chronic aches & pains and, most importantly preventing the recurring nature of the pain cycle that can develop from chronic pain.
